Luma is available for iPhone and Android phones, including foldables.

Compatible operating systems

  • iPhone: iOS 16.4 or later
  • Android (phones and foldables): Android 7.0 or later

Account and access

You need a Luma account. You can create it with your email, Apple or Google. After signing in once with a password, you can turn on sign-in with Face ID or fingerprint.

Internet connection

Internet is required to sign in, sync your data across devices and share with your group.

Optional permissions

  • Notifications: reminders and group updates
  • Face ID or fingerprint: unlock and sign-in
  • Camera and photos: only for your profile photo
  • Notification access (Android): detect transactions from the banking apps you choose

Access to Luma

Personal finances are free. Luma Premium unlocks family groups, shared expenses, fair contributions and savings goals with a one-time payment of USD 2.99, no subscription.
